Each quarter, all of our Members are requested to submit quarterly data on their Contact Centres performance. Those that participate, receive the full results back. The only stipulation is that when participants wish to publicise their results in comparison to others, they anonomise the names of the other participants.
For the first quarter of the financial year, some cost information is also shared.
